“For over 20 years, Yoga has been my rock in an ever-changing world - helping me to balance the demands of modern life, motherhood, family, partnership, career, community, and to heal from some of life’s curve balls.
I would love to share some of my journey and learning with you. Never has there been a better time to establish a simple Yoga practice, we are in a major turning point in our societies, cultures, communities - Yoga offers some calm in the storm, and invites you to connect simply to yourself, your breath, and your body.
My signature classes are Monday 6pm Deep Flow and Saturday 9am-10am Yoga for Mammas & Caregivers”

15 years ago, after several knee surgeries-I found yoga. Or maybe, yoga found me?
I started doing yoga to rehab my knee from 2 complete ACL surgeries so I could continue running and found it changed my relationship to my body. In yoga, I found a mindfulness and a stillness that enabled me to become a better runner, a better tri-athlete, and a better person all around. And,within yoga, I found a better appreciation for my body and its abilities. Upon moving to San Francisco, I studied under Rusty Wells and attended one of his first teacher trainings and have since completed over 500 hours of Bhakti Flow teacher training. I've also studied under Janet Stone to build my appreciation of Shakti energy and flow.In 2010, I fulfilled a dream of mine and traveled to India where I studied under Louise Ellis-one of the few women to be certified under Sri K Pattabhi Jois in the true Mysore Ashtanga style.
My classes are a marriage of these various styles. I blend the structure of Ashtanga with the devotional element of Bhakti yoga.My classes are vigorous and playful while maintaining a spiritual base (and I play great music)
Come celebrate this practice with me!!
